Methodology Phases
The general Perceptive Analysis Methodology has four phases in which we structure our work.

During the Analyze Phase, we mobilize the effort, plan the work, and perform initial research.

During the Strategize Phase, we gather data, assess the current state, and perform additional research.

During the Conceptualize Phase, we develop the Desired State, plan the Roadmap to get there, and develop supporting plans.

During the Realize Phase, we prepare for the implementation, set up the tools and controls, and execute the plan managing the risks.

Business Planning Customized Methodology
We always customize our methodology for the specific customer and the exact scope of work. The Business Planning Methodology uses the same four phases but is customized to perform the tasks specifically related to Business Planning and to use Perceptive Tools that are aligned to the work effort.
